Bolt Tech is a world wide company that produces mass amounts of metal fasteners including; screws, nuts, bolts and various other types of metals and fasteners. We completed a tenant fit-up for their company which was approx. 10,000 sf of warehouse and 2,000 sf of offices. Office space includes receptionist area, entry, lunch room/kitchen, copy area, storage closets, conference room, and employee offices. Trades performed for Bolt Tech include; demo, floor prep, carpeting, drywall, patching, painting, electric, plumbing, hvac, millwork, loading dock, pallet racking and more.
