The CYO sits on a 5 acre site that required a complete site restoration. On this site is a gymnasium, retreat center/dormitory, church, dining hall, and storage building. Upgrades to the site consisted of new underground utilities (mainly drainage for entire site.) Reconstruction of the site enabled us to install large retaining walls, new basketball courts, new tennis courts, fencing, paving of entire parking lot, landscaping/hardscapes, concrete sidewalks & curbs, site lighting, shelters, playground equipment, and miscellaneous upgrades. Basketball and tennis courts were installed with Class A synthetic turf materials and professional logos.
